This website, aarvein.com, is operated by Aarvein, an independent fashion and lifestyle brand based in Canada. “Aarvein,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this store.

These Terms govern use of our website and purchases from us, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over conflicting wording.

Using our website

You must have the legal capacity or necessary parent or guardian permission to make a purchase. Provide accurate order, contact, and payment information and use only payment methods you are authorised to use.

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, malware, spam, impersonation, or unauthorised access to systems or customer information. We may restrict access or cancel orders where reasonably necessary to address misuse, subject to applicable law.

Products, descriptions, and fit

We aim to describe products accurately, including materials, decoration, sizing, price, and availability. Check the selected fabric, colour, size, and other options before ordering; details can differ between variants.

Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance. Minor embroidery, fabric, or production variations may occur, but these do not excuse defects or products that materially differ from their description.

Sizing guidance is general. Check the measurements and fit notes and contact us if you need help. Size and fit preferences remain eligible for returns under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Made-on-demand production

Many products are produced after purchase to reduce unnecessary inventory. Made-on-demand production does not make a product final sale or exclude it from our return policy.

Production and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Any mandatory rights relating to delivery or cancellation remain in effect.

Orders and payment

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing error, production limitations, or shipping restrictions, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the cancelled portion to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed with you. We will not increase an accepted order's price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. Aarvein does not store full payment-card details itself. Payment providers handle information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change an address, size, product selection, or other order detail, email us immediately. We will try to help, but operational changes may not be possible after production or dispatch begins.

These operational limits do not remove statutory cancellation rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for cancellation and return information.

Prices, taxes, and shipping

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and confirmed at checkout. Future prices, promotions, and availability may change.

Initial shipping is free on every order to supported destinations, with no minimum spend. Applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout. Unless expressly included or collected at checkout, destination customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges are your responsibility.

Reshipping costs caused by a customer-supplied address error or similar circumstances may apply as described in our Shipping Policy. We will explain those costs before you agree to reshipment.

Delivery

Review our Shipping Policy for production and transit estimates. Delays may occur, but we remain responsible for any delivery obligations and remedies required by applicable law. Contact us about missing, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered parcels.

Returns, refunds, and defects

Every product is eligible for a return request within 14 days of delivery, including embroidered apparel, printed products, basics, caps, totes, and scarves. Reasonable indoor garment try-on is permitted. Other condition requirements are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. We charge no restocking fee and do not deduct the cost of free initial shipping from an eligible refund. We do not offer direct exchanges; you may return an item and order another separately.

For a damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed product, contact us promptly with your order number and issue details. We ask you to report issues apparent on arrival within 7 days where possible, but this is not a statutory-rights cutoff. We will provide the remedy required by law; store credit will only replace a refund you are entitled to with your agreement.

Promotions, gift cards, and credit

Promotions may have clearly stated conditions, exclusions, and end dates. Discounts are not applied retrospectively unless the offer states otherwise or we agree.

Where offered, gift cards and store credit are subject to their disclosed terms and applicable law, including rules concerning expiry, fees, and cash redemption. Promotional conditions do not reduce statutory rights.

Accounts and communications

Keep your account information accurate and protect your login credentials. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may send transactional communications about orders, shipping, customer service, and accounts. Marketing communications are sent only as permitted by applicable law, with consent where required. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link.

Reviews and customer content

Only submit content you have the right to share. Public reviews and other content you intentionally submit for public display may be displayed and reproduced by Aarvein for that purpose, including reasonable formatting changes that do not misrepresent your meaning.

Private customer-support messages and issue photos are used to handle your request. We will seek separate permission before using them in public marketing. Separate collaboration or content agreements may set out additional permissions.

We may moderate public content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, spam, or infringes others' rights. Honest criticism is not prohibited merely because it is negative.

Intellectual property

Aarvein's original artwork, logos, photographs, videos, and written content are owned by us or used with permission. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

You may share publicly available content for personal, non-commercial purposes with clear credit, provided you do not imply endorsement or materially misrepresent the content. Do not impersonate Aarvein or misrepresent affiliation with us.

Third-party services and privacy

Our store is powered by Shopify and uses third-party services for functions such as payment, fulfilment, shipping, reviews, and communications. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their involvement does not remove responsibilities imposed on Aarvein by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. If these Terms conflict with that policy on personal-information matters, the Privacy Policy controls, subject to applicable law.

Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or an error-free service. Contact us about an error affecting your order.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing excludes or limits liability, warranties, guarantees, refund rights, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Products are not sold without their mandatory legal protections.

Events beyond our reasonable control may delay performance. We will communicate with affected customers where appropriate and respect applicable cancellation, delivery, and refund rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. This does not deprive consumers of protections or access to courts available under applicable law in their place of residence.

Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. You remain free to use any legal remedy available to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date, with notice where required. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
