Refund policy

At Aarvein, our embroidered apparel is produced on demand after your order is placed. The garments use standard sizing listed on each product page, but the embroidery and finished piece are made only after purchase.

This helps us reduce overproduction, avoid unnecessary inventory, and operate more intentionally as a small business.

Because of this, all made-on-demand embroidered apparel is final sale.

Final sale items

Items marked as final sale, including made-on-demand embroidered apparel, are not eligible for returns or exchanges for:

change of mind
size preference
fit preference
colour preference
style preference
ordering the wrong size or item
minor embroidery or production variations that are not defects

Please review the size options, product photos, fabric details, fit description, and product information carefully before placing your order.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Return window

For items that are eligible for return, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.

To be eligible for review, returned items must be:

unworn
unwashed
unaltered
unused
in their original condition
with any original tags, packaging, or included materials where applicable

Return shipping

For approved eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. Aarvein is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not delivered.

Restocking fee

Approved eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover the cost of handling, inspection, processing, and the difficulty of reselling small-batch or made-on-demand inventory.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

your order number
clear photos of the issue
a short description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered for any issue to be reviewed.

What is not considered a defect

The following are not considered defects unless the item is significantly different from what was ordered:

minor embroidery placement variations
minor thread texture differences
slight colour differences caused by screen display or lighting
natural garment or fabric variations
fit differences based on body shape or personal preference
normal wear after use or washing

Refunds

If an eligible return is approved and received, we will inspect the item before issuing any refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee, original shipping cost, and return shipping cost.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to post the refund.

Exchanges

Because our embroidered apparel is made on demand, we do not offer exchanges for size, fit, or preference.

If you need a different size or style, you will need to place a new order.

Incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages

Aarvein is not responsible for orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect a package.

If a package is returned to us for any of these reasons, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs. Refunds are not guaranteed for final sale or made-on-demand items.
