# Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel good in what you order. Aarvein accepts return requests on every product, including made-on-demand embroidered apparel, printed garments, basics, caps, totes, and scarves.

Return window

Contact us at contact@aarvein.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return for any reason, including a change of mind, size, fit, colour, or style preference. Include your order number and the items you want to return.

Making an item after you order does not exclude it from our return policy. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return condition

You may try garments on indoors to check their size and fit. Beyond that reasonable try-on, returned products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Please return original tags, packaging, and included materials where applicable. Items should be free from stains, makeup or deodorant marks, noticeable odours, excessive pet hair, and other signs of use. Wearing an item out, exercising in it, washing it, or using it as your own goes beyond a normal try-on.

These conditions apply to our voluntary change-of-mind returns. They do not remove your legal rights concerning defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods, or any statutory right to inspect goods. Where applicable law allows a deduction for diminished value caused by excessive handling, any deduction will follow that law.

How to return an item

Email us before sending anything back. We will provide the return address and instructions. Do not send a return to a supplier address or an address printed on your parcel unless we instruct you to do so.

Follow the instructions promptly. Any timing requirements we provide will respect applicable law. Where you have a statutory right to cancel or return a purchase, you do not need our discretionary approval to exercise it.

Return shipping

You pay the direct cost of return postage for a change-of-mind return. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping proof of shipment. Contact us if a return parcel is lost or damaged so we can review the circumstances; responsibility will be determined under applicable law.

If we sent a damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed item, we will cover necessary return shipping associated with the remedy. Please contact us for instructions before purchasing postage.

Initial shipping is free to every destination we ship to. We do not deduct the cost of that free outbound shipping from an eligible refund. Return postage you arrange for a change-of-mind return is not reimbursed unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products

Email contact@aarvein.com as soon as possible. For an issue apparent on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery where possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if available.

This 7-day request helps us investigate promptly; it is not a deadline that removes your statutory rights. Discovering a defect after normal use or washing does not automatically disqualify your claim.

Avoid further use, washing, or alteration after discovering the issue where reasonably possible. We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable law. Store credit will only replace a refund you are entitled to if you agree to it.

Product variations

Small embroidery placement differences, thread texture variations, natural fabric characteristics, and minor differences between production batches may occur. Screens and lighting may also affect how colours appear.

These explanations do not excuse a genuine defect or a product that materially differs from its description. A fit, colour, or style preference can still qualify for a change-of-mind return under this policy.

Refunds

We will inspect returned products and notify you of the outcome. Eligible refunds will go to the original payment method without a restocking fee and within any deadline required by applicable law. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

Where applicable law requires reimbursement before physical receipt of the return, including upon acceptable proof of return shipment, we will follow those requirements. Any applicable taxes collected by us will be adjusted as required. Import charges paid directly to a carrier or authority may require a separate refund request to that organisation.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Request a return and place a separate order for the replacement size or product. Availability is not guaranteed.

Incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, and unclaimed parcels

Please check your shipping address before ordering. If a parcel is returned because of an address error you supplied, refusal of delivery, failure to collect it, or unpaid import charges, contact us. Reshipping costs may apply and will be explained before you agree to them.

A returned parcel does not by itself tell us whether you want a refund or reshipment. We will review the circumstances and any applicable cancellation or refund rights. Free initial shipping does not necessarily include reshipping caused by customer error.

Statutory cancellation and consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning faulty goods, late or missing deliveries, and cancellation of qualifying distance purchases.

Where UK or EU distance-selling withdrawal rules apply, you generally have 14 days to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Refunds, permitted handling deductions, delivery-cost reimbursement, and any lawful withholding pending receipt or proof of return will follow the applicable rules. You can notify us by email with your name, order number, products, delivery date, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may also use any applicable statutory withdrawal form; using a particular form is not required.

If applicable law provides greater protection or a longer period than this policy, that law takes precedence.
