Store policies

Purchases and website use are governed by our Terms of Service, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.

Every product is eligible for a return request within 14 days of delivery under our return conditions. Made-on-demand production does not make an item final sale. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; Aarvein charges no restocking fee.

Initial shipping is free on every order to supported destinations. Applicable taxes and import charges may be additional, as explained at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Product and website information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, materials, measurements, images, and prices. Screen colours and minor production variations can differ, but this does not excuse defective or materially misdescribed goods.

Styling and brand content is provided for inspiration. It does not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

Intellectual property

Original Aarvein artwork, logos, photographs, videos, and written content are owned by us or used with permission. Commercial reproduction requires permission unless applicable law allows it. Personal sharing with clear credit is permitted where it does not misrepresent the content or imply endorsement.

Third-party services and personal information

Our store is powered by Shopify and supported by third-party providers. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Providers' involvement does not remove obligations imposed on Aarvein by law.

Consumer rights and governing law

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law govern, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Consumers retain applicable protections and legal remedies in their place of residence.

Updates and questions
