Fit can vary depending on body shape, styling preference, garment cut, fabric, and personal comfort. We cannot guarantee that a product will fit exactly as expected.

Because our embroidered apparel is produced on demand after the order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing preference, fit preference, or change of mind unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Made-on-demand production

Certain Aarvein products are produced on demand after an order is placed. This means the garment may use standard sizing, but the embroidery or final finished product is created after purchase.

Made-on-demand production helps us reduce overproduction, avoid unnecessary inventory, and operate more intentionally as a small business.

Because these items are not mass-produced in advance, all made-on-demand embroidered apparel is final sale once the order is placed, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or where a return or remedy is required by applicable law. In Canada, businesses are generally not required to accept returns unless an item is defective, though they may choose to offer refunds or exchanges as a customer-service policy.

6. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order through this website does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory or production limitations, pricing errors, product description errors, shipping restrictions, or misuse of the website.

Aarvein is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, postal disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

9. International orders, duties, and customs

Customers outside Canada are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, or other costs required by their destination country.

Aarvein is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, unpaid import charges, or additional fees charged by local authorities or carriers.

If a package is returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs and any non-refundable charges.

10. Returns, exchanges, and final sale items

Made-on-demand embroidered apparel is final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or a return or remedy is required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, fit preference, colour preference, or styling preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within the time stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy and provide your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
