Shipping policy

At Aarvein, each piece is produced on demand after your order is placed. This helps us reduce overproduction and avoid unnecessary inventory as a small business.

Please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order processing and production

Orders are typically sent into production shortly after they are placed.

Because our pieces are made on demand, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and available carrier options.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $250 CAD.

Canada shipping

United States shipping

Customs, duties, and taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges that may apply when the order arrives in the destination country.

Aarvein is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping timelines

Shipping estimates begin after production is complete, not from the date the order is placed.

For example, if production takes 5 business days and your selected shipping method takes 5 business days, your total estimated timeline may be around 10 business days.

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Aarvein is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee address changes once production or shipping has started.

Lost, delayed, or returned packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. If it seems lost or returned to sender, contact us and we’ll review the issue with you.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs fees, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review it and make it right if the issue is confirmed.
